  I have seen my fair share of physiotherapists and even chiropractors and I haven't ever really received much relief long or short term from any of them. Ocean View Physiotherapy came highly recommended from my mum. But her knowing my trepidation from past experiences, she booked me an appointment despite it, so confident Russell could help me, she locked me in to go. I'll add, I'm 25 years old and my mum has not booked me any kind of appointment since I was 17, so I knew she was serious. Reminding myself that mothers know best, I went to appointment and I am so glad I did! Not only has Russell increased my quality of life and I have had a drastic reduction in my chronic pain. I'm now back at the gym and I have a lot more energy - I have even been able to reduce my pain meds for the first time in years. Russell supported me and helped me to gain proper form and strength. He also shows me alternative exercises to do tailored to my issues. I now feel more comfortable working out knowing that what I'm doing is safe for me. I highly recommend Russell and his team to anyone who's experiencing any type of musculoskeletal pain or discomfort. The team at Ocean View are beyond accommodating and understanding. Russell is a kind, patient practitioner who provides a high standard of care, listening to me and working to treat the cause not just the symptoms. The team at Ocean View, especially Russell have provided so much support in helping me to reach my goals and I couldn't be happier with the care I receive from everyone at Ocean View Physiotherapy.
